What features are unlocked with the Drill Down in-app purchase?

The in-app purchase will allow Drill Down to show all items in each menu -- removing 10-item-per-menu limit.

There will remain a limit to the number of menus (10) and menus with titles (5), in order to prevent Drill Down menus from taking up too much screen space.
